Impressive Customer Service

We visited your thermal park on Wednesday 20 February and I am emailing you not only to say what a wonderful park it is but mainly to say how impressed we were with with the helpful, kind and courteous way in which your staff looked after us - in particular Wai, who went out of her way to look after some members of our party who had arrived late.  Depsite this she arranged a late ferry to take them to the park and also stayed behind to arrange to them back across which was very much appreciated by us all.  Thank you Wai for looking after us so well.  I would certainly recommend your park to anyone visiting the area.
